Records are hosted under GDPR-equivalent protection, in line with POPIA’s requirements for storing personal information outside South Africa. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Records are opened only with a single-use code. Codes issued from the practice are valid 48 hours, and codes a patient issues for their own results are valid 14 days. No third party sees anything without one.
You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting your healthcare provider.
